Community Outreach Coordinator

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a dynamic and outgoing individual to join our Outreach and Promotions Team. This role is perfect for enthusiastic and energetic individuals who enjoy engaging with the community, participating in marketing efforts, and driving brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:- Community Engagement: Actively engage with the community by attending local events and markets to promote Orangetheory Fitness and its brand.
- Guerrilla Marketing: Execute creative marketing strategies such as flash mobs, sidewalk chalk art, and spontaneous fitness demos to capture attention and generate buzz.
- Brand Representation: Wear the Orangeman suit and stand at busy intersections or high-traffic areas to attract attention and promote special offers and events.
- Networking: Build relationships with local businesses and organizations to create partnerships and collaborative promotional opportunities.
- Social Media: Assist in creating engaging content for our social media platforms to showcase our outreach activities and community involvement.
- Outgoing Personality: Must be energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable engaging with the public.
- Creativity: Ability to think outside the box and come up with innovative marketing ideas.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Fitness Enthusiast: A passion for health and fitness and an understanding of the Orangetheory Fitness brand and workout.
- Physical Stamina: Able to stand for extended periods, wear the Orangeman suit, and participate in physical activities.
