About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Helper to join our team at Days Inn. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and sanitize items by hand as needed.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including portioning and wrapping foods, and preparing simple food items.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by serving customers at counters or buffet tables, taking orders, and replenishing condiments and supplies.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food quantities and inventory levels to ensure efficient ordering and storage.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Will train
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The working language is English.
