Kitchen Staff Member

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Kitchen Helper to join our team at Sushi Royal Tokyo. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, preparing and cooking simple food items, and assisting with food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces
- Prepare and cook simple food items, such as sushi and other Japanese dishes
- Assist with food preparation, including portioning, wrapping, and garnishing
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and receive and store supplies
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
