About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at Previce Home Care. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Daily Living Activities: Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
  • Provide Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and companionship to patients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Assist with Mobility and Transfers: Assist patients with mobility and transfers, including walking, standing, and using wheelchairs or stretchers.
  • Administer Medications and Treatments: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, including cleaning, disinfecting, and organizing living spaces.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate, CPR Certificate, Nursing Aide Certificate, and Health Care Aide Certificate.

As a Healthcare Support Specialist with Previce Home Care, you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing care and support to patients in their homes. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
