Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Previce Home Care. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Help clients with mobility and transfer
  • Administer medication as required
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in healthcare or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and move clients as required
Working Conditions:
  • Work in clients' homes, with occasional travel to Previce Home Care offices
  • May be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
