- Insight Generation: Analyze player data to identify patterns and trends, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
- Model Development: Develop and validate predictive models to solve complex business problems and optimize game economies.
- Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize and understand data relationships.
- Consumer Insights: Uncover consumer insights that inform targeting and segmentation strategies.
- KPI Definition: Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive business growth.
- 4+ Years of Experience: Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, data science, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, and SQL, as well as experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, AWS QuickSight, and Power BI.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex business problems.
- Industry Experience: 3+ years of experience in the games industry, with a focus on mobile and desktop games.
- Cloud Experience: Experience working with cloud services like AWS, GCP, and Azure.
- Machine Learning: Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, and PyTorch.
- Shiny Experience: Experience with Shiny, a popular R-based web application framework.
