Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Sales Floor: Oversee the sales floor, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment that meets company standards.
  • Process Transactions: Authorize payments, process returns, and manage cash handling procedures to maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring stock is accurately counted and stored.
  • Performance Reviews: Conduct regular performance reviews with team members, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
Work Environment

This is a temporary position with a work term of Temporary and a work language of French. The work schedule is 40 to 45 hours per week.
