Scarborough Transit Connect (STC) is a joint venture between Aecon and FCC Canada Ltd. that was selected by Metrolinx to deliver the Scarborough Subway Extension – Stations, Rails and Systems (SSE-SRS) package.

The Scarborough Subway Extension will bring the TTC's Line 2 subway service nearly eight kilometers farther into Scarborough.

As part of the STC project, we are looking for a qualified Senior Rail Systems Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and execute the Testing and Commissioning program.
  • Support overall management of Testing and Commissioning activities.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including Metrolinx and Toronto Transit Commission.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, testing, and commissioning, and operations and maintenance in railways projects and systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical regulations and Standards in Ontario.
  • Experience with Building Automations System, SCADA, and PLC programming is an asset.
