About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Community Care Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our clients and their families to provide personalized occupational therapy services that cater to their unique needs and circumstances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to children and youth in a community setting
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for our clients
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans that address the diverse needs of our clients
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote independence and well-being
Requirements
  • Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO)
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as part of a team
  • Experience providing OT assessment and treatment for children and youth
  • Ability to work with diverse personality types and adapt to changing situations
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Outlook
  • Experience working in a community setting
