Job Description


We are seeking an experienced leader to manage and mentor a talented team of senior Applied Scientists and Software Development Engineers (SDEs). The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in managing scientists or machine learning engineers and possess knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval, and Analytics.



Key Responsibilities



  1. Manage and mentor a talented team of senior Applied Scientists and SDEs.
  2. Improve process and methodologies pertaining to deliverables of the team.
  3. Strike the right balance between experimentation and delivery for sustained impact and long-term gains.
  4. Partner with stakeholders and customers to build a roadmap for new products and services.


Estimated Salary


The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $250,000 to $350,000, depending on qualifications and location.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  1. 3+ years of experience in managing scientists or machine learning engineers.
  2. Knowledge of ML, NLP, Information Retrieval, and Analytics.
  3. 3+ years of experience building machine learning models or developing algorithms for business applications.
