Job Description:

  • Develop three-statement financial models to assess EOT transaction feasibility
  • Conduct comprehensive due diligence, identifying key risks in financial, legal, and operational areas
  • Perform valuation analysis using DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis
  • Draft insightful due diligence memos
  • Guide clients through the EOT transition process
  • Negotiate with financial institutions, legal teams, and accountants
  • Present findings and recommendations to business owners and stakeholders
  • Improve internal processes and service excellence

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance
  • Financial qualifications such as CPA, CFA, CBV (preferred but not required)
  • Critical thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Team player with excellent collaboration and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication skills to simplify complex financial concepts
  • Valuation experience and French fluency are assets
