About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Dishwasher to join our Food and Beverage team at Cristalina PARC, a new independent senior-living community in Kelowna.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional dining experiences for our residents and guests
  • Clean and sanitize all cookware, dishware, and cutlery safely and efficiently
  • Assist with kitchen cleaning, including equipment, countertops, and the beverage centre
  • Maintain safe dishwasher temperatures and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals
  • Work in an ergonomically safe manner, practicing proper lifting, bending, and reaching techniques
  • Assist with stock control, food prep, and serving meals as needed

Requirements
  • Grade 10 education or equivalent, plus experience with commercial dishwashing equipment
  • Knowledge of food service practices and safety protocols
  • Ability to work safely with chemicals and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks involving prolonged standing, walking, and lifting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • FoodSafe Level 1 and WHMIS certifications
