**About the Role**

GardaWorld is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Tactical Security Officer to join our team at the Courthouse. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, assets, and property.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Patrol the Courthouse premises to detect and prevent potential security threats
  • Operate metal detectors and CCTV systems to monitor access points and detect suspicious activity
  • Respond to alarms and incidents in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor and control access to the Courthouse, including entry and exit points
  • Conduct regular surveillance rounds to identify potential security risks
  • Serve as a point of contact with authorities and emergency services as needed

**Requirements**

  • A valid security guard license and first aid certification
  • A clear criminal background, with police clearance required
  • Use of force training is an asset
  • Eligibility to work in Canada
  • Residency in Canada for over 5 years, due to necessary clearances required for the site
