Security Guard Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Guard to join our team at the Courthouse in Waterloo. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, assets, and property.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patrol the premises to detect and prevent potential security threats
  • Monitor CCTV cameras and respond to alarms
  • Conduct metal detector checks and inspect access points
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries
  • Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
Requirements:
  • Valid security guard license and first aid certification
  • Clear criminal background and police clearance
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
