  • Kitchen Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, inspect kitchens and food service areas, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
  • Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and order supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Work Environment:

The Grill Cook will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, be physically demanding, and have excellent time management skills.
