Job Description

The Senior Beauty Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the overall operation of the salon, including supervising staff, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Management: Direct and control daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Customer Service: Answer clients' inquiries and provide information.
  • Operations: Order supplies and equipment, monitor quality and production levels, maintain and order supplies.
  • Marketing: Develop marketing strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Financial: Prepare, present, and manage budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

An Other trades certificate or diploma with 1-2 years of experience or equivalent required.

Benefits
