We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at JEMO Foods Inc.
SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000-$65,000 based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, taking into account menu offerings and demand.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates to optimize resource allocation and minimize waste.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing effective solutions and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is the minimum educational requirement for this role.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory position is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and under pressure.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, combining sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
