Key Responsibilities

  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
  • Utilize computer software to manage daily operations and maintain accurate records

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
  • Previous customer service or tourism-related experience is an asset
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer software, including word processing and spreadsheets
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
