Job Description

As an Acute Care Community Nurse with Bayshore HealthCare, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our clients in their homes. This role requires excellent clinical skills, a passion for delivering compassionate care, and a commitment to ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body and have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
