Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and caring Certified Healthcare Professional to join our team as an Acute Care Community Nurse. As a member of our team, you will use your clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality home health care, delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability, in the comfort and safety of their homes.

You will be responsible for assessing client needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing hands-on care and support to our clients. If you are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, we encourage you to apply.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A current registration with the provincial licensing body (e.g., RN or RPN)
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
