Job Title: Waiter/Waitress

Lakeland Grill is seeking a skilled Waiter/Waitress to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Take orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff in a clear and concise manner.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
Work Environment:

Lakeland Grill is a fast-paced environment that requires a high level of energy and enthusiasm. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be working in a dynamic team environment, interacting with guests and colleagues on a daily basis.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
Working Conditions:
