Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at WPH Restaurant Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including meals and individual items, to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Order and manage supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen.
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize and manage buffets and banquets to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and effective service.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
