Aircraft Maintenance Engineer

Top Aces is a leading provider of advanced adversary training services, and we're seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure aircraft are maintained in airworthy condition, adhering to manufacturer standards, Canadian Aviation Regulations, and company policies.
  • Inspect and certify replacement parts, tag and route removed parts to quarantine, and review work forms and records for accuracy.
  • Assist in training and instruction of personnel, and perform independent checks and receiving inspections as authorized.
  • Maintain valid training and perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Valid TCCA AME (M2) license
  • Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in line maintenance in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience on commercial or military aircraft
Work Environment:
  • Short/long-term assignment in Germany
  • Ability to gain access to the Canadian Controlled Goods Program
Skills:
  • Ability to work on complex assignments with minimal supervision
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Effective communication in English, German an asset
  • Team player with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
