Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Halfway House Worker. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to providing excellent support to clients in a corrections setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare reports and case histories for clients
  • Conduct administrative and office activities
  • Assess clients' needs and eligibility for specific services
  • Supervise activities of clients living in group homes and halfway houses
  • Provide suicide and crisis intervention
  • Resolve conflict situations
  • Assist offenders in pre-release and release planning
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in a corrections or related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Enhanced reliability security clearance
Working Conditions:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
