House Manager

Serenacare is seeking a skilled House Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of our facilities.
Responsibilities:- Arrange for the repair of broken machines and equipment to maintain a safe and functional work environment.
- Assist clients and guests with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Deal with the public, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Maintain work areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and meet health and safety standards.
- Perform services specific to the establishment, including enforcing regulations to maintain order and resolving conflicts.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a related field.
- Computer and technology skills: MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Security and safety: Bondable.
- Transportation/travel information: Own transportation.
- Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, judgement, reliability, team player, client focus, and flexibility.
- Dental plan.
- Health care plan.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
