About The Role
We are seeking qualified Substitute Teachers to join our team on a temporary, part-time basis. As a Substitute Teacher, you will maintain continuity in education by stepping in during the absence of regular classroom teachers.
Main Responsibilities
- Lesson Delivery: Provide effective instruction following existing lesson plans in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Adaptability: Quickly familiarize yourself with the school's policies, procedures, and curriculum to seamlessly integrate into different classrooms.
- Student Engagement: Foster a love for learning by encouraging student participation, interaction, and critical thinking.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and school administration to ensure a smooth transition during the teacher's absence.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching certification/license.
- Up-to-date VSC.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
