About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Stetson GM. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and vehicle quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems, including truck-trailer systems.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Test and adjust units to specifications, identifying and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, advising customers on work performed and future repair requirements.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Complete reports to record problems and work performed, ensuring accurate and detailed records.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and service staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Will train, with a focus on developing skills and knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance.

  • Work Schedule: Work a standard 40 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime as needed.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
