About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Stetson GM. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and vehicle quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair complex automotive issues, including adjustments, replacements, and maintenance of various systems and components.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, advising customers on work performed and future repair requirements, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete accurate and detailed reports to record problems and work performed, and maintain a high level of documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other technicians and service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma
  • Experience: Will train or equivalent experience
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
