  • Price and Credits Policies: Implement price and credits policies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make financial decisions to ensure the station's profitability.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Staff Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff to ensure a high-performing team.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
