Outside Sales Representative

Job Summary
EMCO Corporation is seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customer offices, shops, and job sites to assess their business needs and develop strategies to increase sales
- Prospect and identify new customers to expand our customer base
- Lead and own the sales process, including producing sales call reports and territory planning
- Analyze customer data to develop and execute strategies to grow market share and meet targets
- Process orders, quotes, and job packages, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Work with the Profit Centre Manager and Credit Team to facilitate payment of accounts receivable and communicate changes in customer business
- Develop and implement strategic vendor programs to grow the business
- Understand and follow all safety regulations at customer locations and at the Profit Centre
Qualifications
- College and/or University degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales or account management
- Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
