We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Meat Cutter to join our team at Meat Chop Inc. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products.
Key Responsibilities- Slaughter and Processing: Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses.
- Cutting and Preparation: Cut beef, lamb, pork or veal carcasses or sides or quarters of carcasses into primal cuts for further cutting, processing or packaging.
- Meat Cutting and Packaging: Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use.
- Quality Control: Remove bones from meat to ensure the highest quality of our products.
As an Industrial Meat Cutter at Meat Chop Inc., you will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a focus on quality and efficiency. You will be required to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring the ability to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
