As Chief Rewards Specialist, you will work closely with the Head of Reward to develop and implement a comprehensive reward strategy that aligns with the company's goals. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing compensation plans that attract and retain top talent

• Conducting market research to ensure competitive salaries and benefits

• Collaborating with HR and management to develop and communicate reward strategies

">

• Analyzing data to inform reward decisions and measure program effectiveness
