Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team at our Owen Sound location. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering top-notch patient care and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Perform dental hygiene procedures, including teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing.
  • Record patient data and conduct oral health assessments.
  • Provide patients with simple terms on oral hygiene techniques and take dental X-rays as needed.
  • Assist the dentist during dental procedures and maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • Registered with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).
  • Maintains a valid CPR/First Aid certification.
  • High-level knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and ability to discuss treatment plans with patients professionally and effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering patient trust and satisfaction.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
