**Job Title:** Agricultural Production Supervisor

**Location:** BC Ltd.

At BC Ltd., we are seeking a skilled Farm Supervisor to join our team. As an agricultural production supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our farm, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality control.

**Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers, promoting a safe and healthy work environment;
  • Maintain quality control and production records, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed;
  • Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, optimizing crop yields and reducing waste;
  • Hire and train staff, developing their skills and knowledge to ensure they meet the company's standards;
  • Perform general farm duties, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and adhering to regulations;

**Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in supervisory roles, with a focus on quality control and production management;
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Fluency in English, with a strong understanding of industry-specific terminology;

**Working Conditions:

  • 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday;
  • Permanent full-time position;
  • Competitive salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year (dependent on experience);
  • Benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a retirement plan;
