Job Title: Heating and Cooling Mechanic Helper

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Heating and Cooling Mechanic Helper to join our team at Heating and Cooling Doctor Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Heating and Cooling Mechanic Helper will assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, ensuring the smooth operation of our heating and cooling systems. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Move tools, equipment, and other materials as required.
  • Assist tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers with tasks and projects.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
Requirements:
  • Physically demanding role requiring manual dexterity and the ability to handle heavy loads.
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Dependability, flexibility, and reliability are essential for this role.
  • Experience an asset, but not required.
Work Environment:

This is an on-the-road job, and the successful candidate will be required to work in various locations.
