Farm Laborer Job Description

At MULTI SEEDS FARMING, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Farm Laborer to join our team. As a Farm Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to crop farming, including mixing fertilizer, organizing tasks, and performing general farm duties.

Work Environment

You will be working in a rural area, with staff accommodation available. The work site environment includes corn farming, fruit and vegetable combination farming, oilseed (except soybean) farming, organic farming, and other miscellaneous crop farming.

Responsibilities
  • Mixing fertilizer
  • Organizing tasks to accomplish the work
  • Performing livestock feeding
  • Cleaning stables, barns, barnyards, and pens
  • Performing general farm duties
  • Writing daily basic progress reports
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent oral communication skills, be organized, and be a team player. You will also need to have the ability to work independently, under pressure, and with tight deadlines. Additionally, you will need to have a combination of sitting, standing, walking, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to distinguish between colors.
