Job Title: Farm Laborer

At MULTI SEEDS FARMING, we are seeking a reliable and hardworking Farm Laborer to join our team. As a Farm Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks on our farm, including mixing fertilizer, organizing tasks, and performing general farm duties.

Work Environment

Our farm is located in a rural area, and we offer staff accommodation and a remote location. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and you must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Mixing fertilizer
  • Organizing tasks
  • Performing general farm duties
  • Cleaning stables, barns, barnyards, and pens
  • Performing livestock feeding
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in farming or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent oral communication skills
