Job Title: Shuttle Bus Driver

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Shuttle Bus Driver to join our team at Fraserway RV. As a Shuttle Bus Driver, you will be responsible for transporting customers to and from our rental facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including greeting and assisting with luggage
  • Maintain a safe environment for guests, adhering to traffic regulations and defensive driving skills
  • Inspect the bus for damages and ensure all equipment is in working order
  • Transport customers to and from the rental facility, performing other duties as required
Requirements:
  • Possess a valid driver's license (Class 2 or 4 or 1 with drivers abstract)
  • Possess a class 4 medical
  • Possess a commercial driver's abstract - current within 30 days
  • Have customer service experience
  • Have experience in driving passengers
  • Be able to lift a minimum of 50lbs to assist customers with luggage
  • Be able to read, write, and speak English
  • Being fluent in German or Dutch is considered an asset
  • Be able to work well under pressure
  • Possess excellent communication skills
  • Be able to work on weekends
Work Conditions:
  • Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
  • Shift work required, including evenings, weekends, and early mornings
  • Overtime may be required
  • Ability to remain standing for long periods and to bending, twist, push, pull, and carry equipment and supplies
  • Lifting or moving up to 50lbs may be required, including shovelling snow, carrying RV parts, and cleaning equipment/supplies
  • Manual dexterity required to operate cleaning equipment, including power washers and hand tools
