### About the Position

As a School Bus Driver with First Student Canada-Transco, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school. Our drivers are dedicated professionals who prioritize the well-being and safety of our passengers.

### Key Responsibilities

* Conduct pre and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the safety and reliability of our fleet
* Provide support to students by assisting with boarding and exiting the bus
* Prioritize vehicle maintenance and report any issues to our maintenance team
* Work collaboratively with our dispatch team to ensure efficient route planning and execution

### Qualifications

* Good verbal communication skills
* At least 21 years old
* Valid driver's license for at least 1 year
* Undergo and pass a Ministry prescribed medical examination and background checks
