Store Manager Assistant

At Penningtons, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Team Lead and Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales floor team and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the store achieves company objectives and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales floor team, focusing on sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop.
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members to ensure their growth and development.
- Maintain open communication with the Store Manager and District Manager to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of leadership and/or supervisory experience in a customer experience-based environment.
- Proven ability to mobilize a team towards a common goal.
- High School graduate or GED equivalent.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while committed to creating an amazing customer experience.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
