Commercial Legal Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Legal Advisor to provide expert legal advice and support to our commercial activities at beBee Professionals in Trois-Rivières.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and draft contracts to ensure compliance with commercial law
  • Provide legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property law
  • Research and analyze legal issues to provide strategic advice on legal risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement commercial strategies
Requirements:
  • Law degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of commercial law, including contract law, corporate law, and intellectual property law
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
