Food Service Manager

Millstream Dairy Queen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality food preparation.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate food delivery
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize profitability
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and high pressure to perform
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods
- Physically demanding role requiring attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong client focus and efficient interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing customer needs and priorities
- Dependability and initiative to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities
