Key Responsibilities:- Harvest crops, including vegetables, fruits, and grains, to ensure optimal quality and quantity.
- Apply fertilizers and pesticides as required to promote healthy crop growth.
- Clear fields of debris, wood, and stones to prepare for planting.
- Grade and sort produce to meet market standards.
- Load and unload crates, supplies, and farm produce, livestock, and poultry.
- Examine products for quality and readiness for market.
- Experience in agricultural work is an asset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Free parking available on-site.
- On-site housing options for employees.
- Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
- English language as the primary language of communication.
