Responsibilities

As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for:

  • Posting customer payments
  • Preparing daily cash and bank deposits
  • Processing lien payouts and cheque requests
  • Posting Service and Parts department sales
  • Assisting with vehicle licensing
  • Administering petty cash
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed a post-secondary accounting program
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Able to work independently and proactively resolve issues
