Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Journeyman Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Destination Honda Burnaby. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are repaired and maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex repairs and maintenance on a variety of vehicles, including Honda models.
- Analyze and diagnose vehicle problems, using technical knowledge and experience to determine the most effective course of action.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of repairs and maintenance needs.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technical developments and advancements in the automotive industry.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 3 Skilled Trades BC certification.
- Proven experience as a Journeyman Automotive Service Technician, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid BC driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
