Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive Paid Search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads. Your expertise in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization will drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and implement comprehensive Paid Search campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads, including Paid Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Paid Shopping, and YouTube campaigns.
    • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities and optimize targeting.
    • Utilize advanced optimization techniques, including bid strategy adjustments, insights from keyword impression share patterns, auction and competitive trends.
  • Performance Optimization
    • Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return on ad spend (ROAS), click-through rate (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), and cost-per-action (CPA).
    • Monitor and adjust daily spend pacing to ensure all campaigns are on track and performing to forecast.
    • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and campaign configurations, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
    • Monitor digital performance and provide regular reporting on channel performance and tracking of KPIs.
    • Provide proactive solutions to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ad Development and Planning
    • Develop compelling and creative ad copy variations for Jewlr's target customer.
    • Assist in budget planning/forecasting, developing and implementing cross-channel advertising campaigns and strategies to achieve revenue goals and profitability targets.
    • Provide data-driven recommendations on media strategy based on insights from analytical tools.
    • Provide recommendations for testing and learning to continuously improve account performance.
    • Work with external account partners and collaborate closely with internal teams to define and execute digital strategies.
    • Prepare detailed performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
    Requirements
    • University degree or college diploma in a related field.
    • Certified in Google Ads.
    • 3+ years of related experience in digital marketing required.
    • Proficiency in managing medium to large-scale PPC accounts across paid search channels, including Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
    • Proficiency in connecting PPC goals with comprehensive performance metrics and/or ROI and ROAS measurements.
    • Working knowledge of SEO and Analytics (Google Analytics 4) coupled with a strong working knowledge of marketing principles.
    • Experience editing product listings and generating product performance analysis via Google Merchant Center.
    • Experience executing campaigns through bid management platforms is considered a bonus; Google Search Ads, Skai, Marin, etc.
    • Understanding of the technical aspects of digital marketing, including pixels, tag management, audience creations, UTMs, product feeds, etc.
    • Prior knowledge of other digital marketing channels (meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, affiliate marketing, and working with influencers) is a plus.
    • Prior experience with Supermetrics or ETL data source connectors is a plus.
    • Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
