Job Summary

We're seeking an Entry-Level Personal Insurance Advisor to join our team on a permanent basis, working out of our Stratford branch in Western Ontario. As a key member of our team, you'll help customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and offering advice that helps them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Help customers find insurance solutions that meet their needs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and offer advice that helps them make informed decisions.
  • Create a trusting environment that fosters sales and customer retention.
  • Test new sales strategies, techniques, and processes while providing feedback.
  • Actively engage in training and professional development.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Relevant sales and customer service experience.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
