Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mechanical Foreperson to join our team. As a key member of our special projects team, you will be responsible for overseeing the mechanical components of construction projects, ensuring compliance with construction drawings, specs, and code/quality standards. You will work closely with our superintendent and field team to plan and execute projects, monitor work performance and efficiency, and resolve any issues that may arise.

- Monitor work performance and efficiency, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Review the budget and estimate to understand the project and plan ahead to avoid cost overruns and/or project delays.
- Advise senior management of potential problems, work interferences, or schedule difficulties while assisting in resolving these conflicts.
- 5 years of experience in the mechanical industry, with prior experience in a similar special projects role.
- Interprovincial (Red Seal) Plumbing & Gas B Certification.
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, quality management, and Occupational Health & Safety best practices.
- Comprehensive knowledge of British Columbia Plumbing Code (BCPC).
- Computer literacy.
