Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Foreperson to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of complex plumbing systems, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of plumbers and gasfitters to ensure successful project completion
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans
  • Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, and clients to resolve project-related issues
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards
  • Monitor and control project costs, materials, and labor
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the mechanical industry, with a focus on plumbing and gas installation
  • Interprovincial (Red Seal) Plumbing & Gas B Certification
  • Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and quality management principles
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
