Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, industry leaders, and business executives to drive business growth and financial success.
  • Develop and execute strategies to market financing packages to businesses that enhance the Canadian agri-food value chain.
  • Assess and negotiate complex loan applications, ensuring a deep understanding of local agribusiness and agri-food industries.
  • Develop a network of referral sources to increase FCC business opportunities and stay highly visible in the marketplace.
Requirements:
  • An undergraduate degree and eight or more years of related commercial lending experience.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to negotiate financing packages with entrepreneurs and executives.
  • Expertise in credit risk analysis, financial analysis, and lending proposals.
  • Financial and commercial lending knowledge, including lending and sales practices.
